What safety measures will be implemented regarding the storage of coal?

Coal will be heavily compacted to ensure that no oxygen will cause unnecessary combustion.
Additionally, water spraying will be carried out corresponding to the speed 
     and direction of the prevailing wind. Finally, the long-term stockpile will be 
     covered to protect the stockpile from the elements.
