Privacy Policy
BLCP Power respects and protects personal data privacy under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2019. This policy applies to employees, directors, job applicants, contractors, and third parties whose data BLCP collects, uses, or discloses.
Data Collected
Personal data (name, date of birth, photo, work history), contact data, financial data, technology data (IP address, cookies, logs), and in some cases sensitive data — only with consent or a valid legal basis.
Retention Period
As long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law (generally no more than 10 years per the statute of limitations); data is deleted or destroyed after that period.
Purpose of Use
Covers human resources, finance and accounting, information technology, external relations, internal audit, general administration, occupational health/safety/environment, and legal compliance.
Data Subject Rights
