When did the construction of BLCP Power Plant begin?

BLCP Power will begin to prepare the land for construction in July 2002 and construction of the power plant will begin in July 2003. Construction will take up to 42 months and the plant will begin supplying electricity to EGAT in October 2006 from the first unit and in February 2007 from the second unit.
