The coal will be unloaded by large cranes onto a conveyor to be transported to the coal stockpiles to await use to generate electricity. Water will be sprayed onto the coal at the various points in the process where coal dust could be produced. The stockpiles will be compacted and either sprayed with water or protected by a cover to prevent dust from arising from the stockpiles. It should be noted that the coal to be used by BLCP is actually a very hard substance, which is not conducive to producing a significant amount of dust.
