⦁ The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) is responsible for the land reclamation program as part of its governmental mandate. BLCP is a tenant of the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, and will carry out the reclamation necessary to construct the power plant in 2002 and 2003.
