Petanque Friendship: Energizing the Team, Building Relationships, Enhancing Safety during Outage 2026.
Amidst the annual power plant maintenance mission, or Outage 2026, where everyone is dedicatedly working together at full capacity, BLCP Power Station organized the “Petanque Friendship” activity on August 21 and September 4, 2026, to foster an atmosphere of friendship and strengthen relationships between the BLCP Team and fellow colleagues.
.
The competition was filled with smiles, cheers, and fun, providing an opportunity for colleagues from various teams to meet, talk, and get to know each other better beyond their work duties.
.
Because during the Outage, when multiple teams work together, good relationships, trust, and open communication are crucial foundations for safe work. When we know each other better, we are ready to look out for each other, warn each other, and help stop work when we see something potentially unsafe..
For BLCP, safety is not the responsibility of any single individual, but stems from the cooperation of everyone in the team, from planning and communication to execution, to ensure all missions are successfully completed and everyone returns home safely.
.
Different teams, different duties, but we share the same goal — to work as a team, look out for each other, and return home safely together.
