Monitor, initiatives and improve Safety & Health Performance.
Establish, review, implement Safety and Security programs and provide consultation in all workplace for employees
To ensure that the Company organization has sufficient tools to meet its Safety and Health objectives and the staff are fully trained and qualified to carry out their duties.
Conduct inspections and enforce compliance to laws and regulations related to health of individuals. Suggest actions to be taken if activities being taken pose threats to workers' health
Investigate health related complaints and recommend actions to be taken. To establish and review safety and health training programs according to the company's Safety & Health policies and procedures. Also provide advice, recommendations and technical consult on health and safety issues to support line and operating units.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or Master in Occupational Health and Safety
At least 10 years experiences in Occupational Health and Safety management system, hazards analysis and risk assessment system, Safety & Healthlaws and regulations, OHSAS auditor skill, incident investigation and root cause analysis skill, trainer skill and industrial hygiene practice skill.
Experience in Process Safety Management and contractor supervision in power plant, petrochemical or heavy industry is preferable.
