Plant Operator

Responsible for completion of all on-shift operation of power generating equipment and supporting plant in accordance with all permits, rules operating procedures and operational integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Operates, Monitors, Controls and Maintains Water treatment plant, Demineralization plant, Chlorine plant and Waste water treatment plant within the supporting plant for power generating. In-service, Out-service pumps, blowers, chlorinators etc.,

• Operates , Monitors, Controls and Maintains common equipment within the supporting plant for power generating. In-service, Out-service auxiliary equipment, such as, FGD ,Intake, pumps, fans, compressors etc.;

• Operates, Monitors, Controls and Maintains steam generating equipment within the supporting plant for power generating. In-service, Out-service boiler and auxiliary equipment, such as pulverizer, pumps, fans etc.

• Operates, Monitors, Controls and Maintains turbine generating equipment within the supporting plant for power generating. In-service, Out-service auxiliary equipment, such as, generators, substation, condensers, feedwater heaters, pumps etc.

• Performs routine monthly test, weekly test, equipment change over, exercise and first aid maintenance is included to support safe and reliable power plant operation.

• Assist in the management of the safety, health and environmental systems of work, including acting as Authorized Person and Selected Persons under the safety rules to help minimizing the accident that might occur during the working hour.

• Member of Emergency Response Team and Rescue team to dealing with Emergency situation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• New graduates are welcome; candidates with relevant internship or plant experience will be an advantage.

• Good command of English, with a TOEIC score of 550 or above.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work in a highly regulated power plant environment.

• Ability to work in shifts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive, safety-minded, and eager to learn plant operations and equipment systems.

• Work location: Rayong, Thailand.
