Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Establish plan and implement a preventive maintenance program based on the Original Manufacturers recommendations and review as necessary including long term maintenance strategy.

• Assess the remaining life of critical equipment and its accessories based on international standard, plan and implement rectification ensuring that the highest standards of quality and safety are achieved including contract management.

• Assist the Engineering Manager to define and develop appropriate condition-based maintenance strategies.

• Establish maintenance strategy for maintenance of electrical equipment and plant to get highest reliability

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering

·         5-10 years experience in electrical maintenance work in power plant, Petrochemical,  Heavy Industry or related field such as experience on power system 115KV, 230KV, 500KV, power transformer, generator, relay protection, HV motor, SWGR, converter & inverter, battery charge, protection system, UPS & control system.

·         Having knowledge and experience about maintenance or testing of Electrical equipment e.g. Generator, Power Transformer, 115kV/230kV/500kV Substation equipment, MV/LV Motors, 11kV SWGR, LV SWGR, Protective relay, Communication system or etc.

·         Capable for using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Power point, Auto Cad, Maintenance software program, i.e. Maximo

·         English communication skills i.e. speaking, reading and writing is a must
