The coal is transported by ship directly to the power plant. A semi-closed and closed conveyor belt system is used to convey coal from the Coal Unloading Facilities to the power plant itself. Water will be sprayed to prevent coal dust from spreading to the water or surrounding air at unloading hoppers. The water used in this process will be collected and treated for reuse.
