Can BLCP provide a 100% guarantee of control of environmental impact?

⦁ It is BLCP’s policy to be a responsible corporate citizen, which includes being fully compliant with all laws and regulations.  Additionally, BLCP has agreed to more stringent requirements than the Thai regulations require as a result of its environmental impact analysis.  If BLCP does not meet the Thai laws and regulations then it would fully expect to be subject to the penalties and damages stipulated by the Thai laws and regulations.
