Khamong Khong Man Community Reforestation Project

Forests are vital natural resources for all living things, serving as sources of essential raw materials and maintaining ecological balance. To promote conservation and increased reforestation, BLCP Power Company Limited, in collaboration with the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) and the Royal Forest Department, launched the "Community Forest Partnership for Global Warming Reduction Project." This project selected the Khamong Khong Man Community Forest area in Klaeng District, Rayong Province, to conduct forest condition surveys, maintain planting plots, and restore the forest to its full ecological richness.

The project aims to promote collaboration among government agencies, the private sector, and local communities in sustainable community forest management, enhance the capacity of community forests as carbon sinks, and improve the well-being of the community.
