Establish, plan and implement, collaborate with Engineering, Operation and across organization for innovative options of solutions to the plant issues in all disciplines
Provide comments, analyze on new processes, tools and services; supports and contributes to development of new products, services or techniques.
Support Manager to collect and analyze information, historical record with analytics to do prediction for effective maintenance planning
Support Manager to execute plant modifications /improvement and change management
Assist the Manager in the preparation of budgets and control the budget spending.
Coordinate with consultant / specialist for plant improvement project related with Engineering and operation.
Take responsible of safety, process safety management (PSM), health and environment. Work as a safety manner to others. Avoid taking unsafe shortcut or fail to follow established procedure that might negatively impact on safety, process safety management (PSM), health and environment.
Any other assignments by Plant Improvement Manager and Plant Improvement and Quality Assurance / Quality Control Senior Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related
GPA 2.75 up
TOEIC 600 up
Experience in power plant O&M, Design or Construction
Knowledge and experience on inspection and maintenance about Boiler pressure part, Pressure vessel & piping system, Steam turbine & Accessories Equipment, Large rotating machine, Boiler accessories & AQCS equipment, Ash handling system, Mill & Material Handling Plant
Understand power plant O&M strategy & Maintenance working process
